      Emotional health develops when your behaviors and responses to contact are not based upon your habitual attachment to fears that your needs will not be met. Emotional health is a state-of-being that supports interactions to be non-invasive (because you don’t impose on others), and non-abandoning (because you cultivate sincere respect and compassion for others’ feelings and needs).

      Mindful Embodiment Practices are meditative experiences designed to interrupt the fear that interferes with your ability to make wise choices in life and awakens your ability to love life and other humans beings.  You grow the body-mind foundation that gives you the support necessary to self-regulate your habitual, outdated body & mind impulses and responses.
